Eamon Pryce

Assistant Building Surveyor · Coburg, Melbourne, Victoria

Eamon wants a modest first home without letting the search consume every Saturday or every spare dollar. He collects documents, records questions for his conveyancer and budgets for independent inspections rather than treating his junior work experience as a shortcut. A disappointing open home can still end with a kebab at Hanna's or a scoop at Luther's and an evening when he and his partner agree not to open the listings app.
