Eli Harper

Creative Director · Surry Hills, Sydney, New South Wales

Eli Harper co-founded a small Sydney hospitality group and directs the creative work behind its venues. He tests a concept against what the kitchen and floor teams can actually deliver, from signage and room flow to the words guests read before booking. On days off he visits peers' venues and writes about welcome, craft and staff credit without presenting private operational details as public facts.
