Flynn Mercer

People and Culture Coordinator · Carlton / Melbourne, Victoria

Flynn Mercer believes that hybrid work should give you your life back, not steal your evenings. Closing his laptop promptly at 5:15 PM at his Carlton apartment desk, he slips his phone into a drawer and steps outside for a thirty-minute walk through Carlton Gardens to decompress before meeting friends for dinner at Gimlet. For Flynn, setting firm boundaries is not about doing less work, but about protecting the mental space to live fully.
