Iris Fen

Systems Support Officer · Port Melbourne, Melbourne, Victoria

Iris Fen is a thirty-one-year-old systems support officer in Port Melbourne who wants to keep useful devices without making daily life harder. Her first repair comparison forgot that her only phone also held her travel tickets and account authentication. Now her private decision sheets include downtime and supported software, not just the cheapest invoice; keeping an old device is an option, not a promised saving.
