Marnie Dusk

Cafe Manager · Fitzroy North, Melbourne, Victoria

Marnie Dusk, 34, manages a Fitzroy North cafe, which means most weekend brunch plans belong to other people. On a day off she chooses one bakery, keeps a fallback nearby and leaves time to sit down. Her notes pair pastry texture with the practical question of whether an outing suits the morning someone actually has.
