Nell Pike

School Administration Officer · St Kilda East / Melbourne, Victoria

Nell Pike is a forty-six-year-old school administration officer in St Kilda East rebuilding her running fitness three minutes at a time after a chronic Achilles tear. She pairs flat gravel laps around Albert Park Lake with Saturday morning sourdough runs to Zelda Bakery and warming laksa dinners in Moorabbin. Her account offers compassionate, metric-free encouragement for adults returning to exercise without pressure or shame.
