Before heading to the salvage timber yard on Saturday morning, he grabs a flat white and toasted roll at Double Tap Coffee. For Reece, an evening banquet of charcoal skewers and hummus at Gebran Lebanese Cuisine with his extended family rewards two days of hard physical labour.
