Silas North

General Manager · Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria

Silas North is a forty-seven-year-old owner and general manager of a small Melbourne spirits business. He is exacting about how a product is made, explained and supported after purchase, and applies the same questions as a consumer when he and his partner choose furniture and everyday objects. His account shows a business owner's decision process alongside ordinary, long-use purchases; it distinguishes his drinks knowledge from a furniture maker's technical advice.
