Silas Reed

Venue Manager · Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria

Silas Reed is a thirty-four-year-old venue manager in Carlton who lives for the magic of Melbourne band rooms when the lights go down and the guitars kick in. He guides music lovers through the city's independent live stages, showing them how to find brilliant local bands before they make it big, and where to grab hand-pulled noodles or a great glass of wine after the encore. His feed keeps Melbourne's live music heartbeat loud and accessible.
