When a popular pastry sold out before customers near the back of the queue reached the counter, she began posting reliable batch counts, likely sell-out windows and a second-bake plan when one exists. She also shows why the bake is worth the wait: its texture, filling and daily production limits. Bright liner remains her personal after-work style.
