OPA! Circl x Bar Sophia x Yarra Valley Caviar supported by Open table. Thursday 27th August | $165pp 2 cuisines, snacks + 6 courses. Circl and Bar Sophia will combine Greek and Scandi cuisines, joining forces with Yarra Valley Caviar for a one-off collaboration dinner this August. We'll start the evening with snacks from both chefs and subsequent courses will alternate between them. Bar Sophia, Circl, Bar Sophia, Circl... with Yarra Valley caviar present across the menu. Written by CIBI co-founder Meg Tanaka, the book shares the everyday Japanese dishes we love to cook at home and at CIBI, along with stories, family recipes and the philosophy behind our way of living and eating.
