Start with a plate of blistered, aggressively savory pork gyoza. Then, go straight for the Red Tonkotsu. It’s a masterclass in depth—an absurdly rich pork broth clinging to perfectly firm, fresh noodles. Crowned with a tender slice of chashu, it’s a bowl so fiercely good that relocated regulars gladly make the pilgrimage back from the Gold Coast just for a fix. Fast, polite service. Excellent prices.
