Located on the ground level of Hyde Melbourne Place, Marmelo is Ross and Sunny Lusted's love letter to Portugal. Hatted and award winning, the menu is written in fire and flame, drawing on the coastal restaurants and bars of Portugal's edges, where market-led produce meets charcoal, wood fire and bold Iberian flavour. The dining room matches the energy: hand-painted tiles, original artworks and rich design details throughout.
