Jazz Sundays Running August 16th to October 25th By popular demand, our monthly jazz event has now changed to every Sunday, running August 16th through to October 25th. We're renaming it Jazz Sundays. From 12 to 4pm each week, live jazz sets the pace for a long lunch in Potts Point. Guests can choose the Jazz Sundays menu at $95 per person, with a curated off-menu cocktail on arrival and Apollo favourites like our signature saganaki and slow-cooked lamb shoulder, or opt for à la carte and banquet menus.
